Refund and Returns Policy

At SpeechDeep.com, we’re dedicated to offering products that combine quality, functionality, and innovation. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for eligible products. After 30 days from the purchase date, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Please note that some items, particularly digital or personalized products, are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Digital downloads (e.g., e-manuals, installation files, or software)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards or promotional codes
  • Used or damaged items not due to a manufacturing defect
  • Services already rendered, such as custom installations or virtual consultations

A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process any return or refund request.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, we may issue partial refunds at our discretion:

  • If the product arrives damaged or defective and only part of the order is affected
  • If the item was only partially returned
  • If a duplicate order was accidentally placed
  • If packaging is missing but the product is in good, unused condition

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund is approved. If approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment within several business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Double-check your payment account
  • Contact your credit card provider or bank—processing times may vary
  • If delays persist, reach out to us directly for support

Cancellations and Pre-Orders

Orders can be canceled at no charge before they are shipped. If the item has already shipped, please wait for delivery and then initiate a return following the guidelines above. Pre-orders may be canceled anytime before the product is released.

Gifted Items

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the gift was not marked as such, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
